SHIPPING POLICY

At Remember When Clothing, we work hard to get your limited-edition pieces to you safely and on time. Here’s how our shipping process works:

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • During collection drops or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Remember When® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • We will assist where possible, but final responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change an address after placing your order, contact us immediately at rememberwhenclo@gmail.com.
